Last week we performed another check on a customer. This time it was about the electrical control system. Everything is up and running again and they can go into the winter without any worries!
Replacing propeller shaft seals
Last week we did a nice job in Germany. We replaced the propeller shaft seals for this ship. It concerned two Rolls Royce US381 CRP thrusters.
Bow thruster leak
After our inspection in the dock, our engineers discovered a leak in the underwater housing of a Schottel STT170. Cavitation (formation and abrupt collapse of vapor-filled bubbles) had created a hole in the house. We have therefore disassembled the bow thruster and brought it to our workplace. The underwater housing has been replaced for a new Ni-Resist underwater housing. We sent the bow thruster back to the yard, so that they can install it and use it for many years to come.
Delivery folding pontoon Sweden
Delivery folding pontoon Sweden. This concerns a delivery to a Swedish customer who uses the pontoon for various activities on the water. By linking different parts, a work platform is created that can be used multifunctionally.
Delivery SRP1012CP
Onderweg naar de klant. Twee stuks onderwaterhuizen van het type Schottel SRP1012CP. De onderwaterhuizen zijn hier in de werkplaats gereviseerd en worden ter plaatse op de scheepswerf weer in het schip ingebouwd.
Schottel SRP100/103
Ready for delivery to the customer. Four rudder propellers SRP100/103 bottom mounting. The thusters are delivered including coupling BMK80 and Schraven control. The whole is for the replacement of the current drive in an existing ferry, for the benefit of a Romanian customer.
Zodiac N-ZO 760
Delivered to a customer this week a Zodiac rib with 2 x 150 HP Suzuki outboard motor. For more boats see the boats section on the website.
